If you are “trading healers” meaning their dps is attacking you, and your DH is on their healer. If you choose to go with Fist of Justice, (probably the better choice with DH) I usually tend to use that defensively more so then offensively, and let my DH run his fel eruption/nova/imprison to his own liking. You want to contribute to damage as much as possible. All while this is happening, you want to be hitting Judgement and Holy Shock on cooldown. Ideally, you’d want to Repent -> HoJ -> Imprision (if the DH is in range to do so). You do not want to “waste” those few seconds in pvp, especially vs classes like Monks and Paladins, who have been teammate cooldowns in a GCD. You really don’t want your Demon Hunter hitting Imprisons on your “off target” you plan to CC with Repent, or at least not before you Repent if you choose to go with that talent. Imprison and Repent sharing incapacitate DR and obviously Fel Eruption, Chaos Nova and Hammer of Justice sharing stun DR. Hpal and DH both share the same DR categories. ![]() When playing DH/Hpal, there’s 2 main things you have to pay attention to. BoSac and Martyr on Teammate 2 (Useful for 2v2 without having to target your teammate, these abilities can not be casted on yourself).Judge target’s enemy target or enemy target:.Cleanse the Weak isn’t completely useless if you play offensive vs shadowpriest.Light’s Grace is a must, it increases the healing of Holy Light by 50% and gives a small damage reduction buff.Divine Favor is your immune to kick button, but you can be purged/spellstolen.Avenging Light is great vs melee, it does a lot of damage. ![]() Spec ret, select this, then go back to holy)
